What is TAE Plus?

TAE Plus is a new, more human approach to becoming a trainer or educator. Delivered by SportsReady Education (RTO 22394), you’ll explore why you want to teach and how to thrive while doing it. You’ll work towards a nationally recognised qualification, but also learn:

  • How to feel confident teaching others
  • How to stay grounded and well while you do it
  • How to build a meaningful teaching identity and purpose
  • How to thrive, not just survive

Choose from two flexible learning pathways:

The Holistic Educator

A 2 month introductory course, perfect for those exploring teaching, wanting to understand themselves and their purpose with confidence and clarity.

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

For those ready to complete the full qualification to train and assess others professionally. With a focus on personal well-being and professional resilience.

TAE Plus is ideal for anyone who wants to make an impact, inspire others and open doors to a meaningful career in education. Whichever path you take, you’ll be supported by mentors, a welcoming community and wellbeing tools designed to help you grow, not burn out.

The Whole Educator Approach

Most teaching pathways focus purely on compliance and content. We focus on you. Our program is a movement built on a simple philosophy: Healthy educators create healthy students. We equip you with the skills to train and inspire others by first helping you understand yourself. That means:

  • Purpose-driven learning – reconnect with what inspires you
  • Resilience training – stay confident under pressure
  • Flexible delivery – complete your qualification in as little as 6 months
  • A real community – learn alongside others

Our holistic, human-centered approach prepares the “whole educator”, combining accredited skills with personal well-being and professional resilience. We’re the only program that addresses the real causes of educator burnout and attrition through a unique blend of in-person coaching, AI-powered tools and practical, real-world learning.
