The Office and Executive Support Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the CEO, senior management, and staff, ensuring efficient office operations while managing enquiries, documentation, scheduling, travel, as well as customer and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities: The Office and Executive Support Assistant trainee delivers day-to-day administrative support by preparing documents, maintaining records and databases, and assisting executives. They will manage calendars, meetings, travel, events, and internal coordination to support smooth operations. As the first point of contact, the position responds to enquiries, welcomes visitors, problem solves matters appropriately, and assists with customer onboarding, documentation, and accurate record management.

The role suits candidates with some prior administration support experience with sound knowledge Microsoft Office. Attributes include attention to detail, time management and clear written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate is confident engaging with diverse stakeholders, works collaboratively within a team, and demonstrates a proactive, self-motivated approach while effectively prioritising tasks with minimal supervision.
