This role supports the Consumer Product team with day-to-day administration, coordination and document management. The Consumer Products Trainee will assist with product and licensing processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow ups, and well organised records to support smooth delivery across key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: The role is responsible for coordinating approvals, follow-ups and communications between internal teams and external clubs to ensure smooth delivery of Consumer Product initiatives. It provides administrative support, including maintaining documentation, file management and document preparation. The position also maintains accurate trackers, timelines and status updates, while assisting with presentations, reporting and general team activities to keep projects organised and progressing.

The Trainee requires strong administrative, time management and organisational skills. A commitment to support stakeholders and multiple departments requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) is an advantage. Applicants are encouraged to clearly outline their skills, experience and suitability for this traineeship in their application.

National Training Wage from: $28,100 – $43,500, plus 12.0% Superannuation
