Through structured training and supervision, the Business Administration Trainee will support the daily operations of the college through a range of administrative and customer service tasks. The trainee will have regular interaction with families, students and staff.

Key Responsibilities: The role involves a variety of tasks across the Middle Campus, with a key focus on providing friendly and professional support to staff, students, parents and visitors. This includes maintaining confidentiality, responding to enquiries, assisting with student health and wellbeing and promoting a positive image of the College. The role requires clear communication to plan and organise workflow, along with using software to manage records, emails and spreadsheets.

The applicant must be willing to actively support the school’s ethos and assist others with an enthusiastic attitude. A commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive school environment is essential. The successful candidate will be well organised, able to work both independently and as part of a team and confident in communicating with students, staff and the wider community.

National Training Wage from: $28,100 – $43,500, plus 12% Superannuation
