Reporting to the Vehicle Asset Planning Lead, the Business Administration Trainee is responsible for managing the various administrative tasks relates to allocation and disposal of Honda Representative showroom, floor stock, demonstrator and service loan vehicles.

Key Responsibilities: The Business Administration Trainee supports the full vehicle asset lifecycle, including allocation tasks, reporting, file management and disposals. They coordinate required documentation with Honda Centres and state authorities, maintain vehicle orders, records and systems, as well as assist with communication and finance processes related to disposals. The role also ensures timely follow-ups with stakeholders and completes other general duties as required.

The Trainee is required to follow Honda Australia’s policies at all times to uphold trust with customers, society, business partners and Associates. For this position, a proactive attitude, strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining Honda standards are essential. A valid driver’s licence and access to a car are essential.

National Training Wage from: $29,100 – $45,200, plus 12% Superannuation
