Reconciliation SA is a not-for-profit community and member-based organisation working towards a society free from discrimination and racism.
Through their programs, education and collaboration, they actively support and advocate for the inclusion of Aboriginal people in all aspects of life in South Australia.

The trainee will support the operation of Reconciliation SA through a wide range of tasks that contribute to the effectiveness and productivity of the workplace. The role supports staff with administration, is the first contact for customer service and contributes to the ongoing growth and development of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning and document management. The role provides customer service by responding to enquiries via phone, email and in-person interactions. Supporting office operations by helping to maintain office supplies, ordering items as needed and ensuring equipment is in working condition. The traineeship will support the scheduling meetings, appointments, events and coordinating travel arrangements for staff members. The trainee will also contribute to special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Reporting to the CEO, the trainee will be expected to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
It’s important to note that travel in regional and remote South Australia may be part of the role along with out-of-hours work as required.
