The ICT Trainee will gain Level 1 Support experience in ICT Helpdesk services, maintaining hardware and software, and providing ICT training for users. The ICT Trainee should have an interest in ICT and in problem solving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities: The ICT Trainee provides frontline support across the College, responding to Helpdesk requests and escalating issues where required. Responsibilities include creating user accounts, maintaining hardware and software, diagnosing and repairing devices, plus assisting with digital / AV equipment. The position supports staff, students and parents with technical issues, maintains accurate records, ensuring a safe and organised environment.

The Trainee is expected to actively support the School’s ethos and willingness to support others with an enthusiastic attitude. A commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive school environment is essential.

National Training Wage from: $28,000 – $45,000, plus 12% Superannuation

This role is suitable for a recent year 12 school leaver or a mature age candidate
