The Performing Arts Trainee will primarily focus on supporting both college staff and students in all areas of both Arts and Performing Arts areas.

Key Responsibilities: The Trainee will assist with organising productions, performances and exhibitions. This includes general administrative duties, maintaining resources, props, costumes and make-up as well as providing practical and technical support during classes and rehearsals. The Trainee will also assist in the organisation and preparation of special events such as Annual Arts Exhibition, Assemblies and Steam Expos.

Applicants should have experience working with children, strong time management, communication and organisational skills are essential. As is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will demonstrate motivation, initiative and a willingness to contribute positively to the College community. Applicants are encouraged to clearly outline their skills and suitability for this traineeship in their application.

National Training Wage from: $28,000 – $45,000, plus 12% Superannuation
