We are a Catholic co-educational College registered to enrol students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12, in the extensive and rapidly growing suburb of Baldivis, situated 60 kilometres South of Perth in the City of Rockingham.

The Health and Physical Education Trainee provides support to staff in the operation of the School’s Physical and Outdoor Education and Sport program. The role includes coaching a summer and a winter sport, as well as assisting staff in areas where an additional person is required for the supervision of students.

Key Responsibilities: The Health and Physical Education Trainee is responsible for organising and managing equipment and providing support for teams travelling to metropolitan competitions. The trainee will also provide administrative support, as well as assists with record keeping and data entry for specialists’ programs. The Trainee will provide assistance to staff during classes, supervise aquatic activities with another staff member. They also support Interhouse and Interschool carnivals and assist with swimming time trials. In Outdoor Education, the Trainee assists with Middle School camps by supporting group activities and logistics such as Cycling, Fishing and Kayaking.

The Trainee is expected to actively support the School’s Catholic ethos and willingness to support others with an enthusiastic attitude. A commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive school environment is essential. Applicants must also be able to attend camps, excursions and work before or after school hours as required. Strong swimming ability is essential for this role.

National Training Wage from: $27,000 – $30,000, plus 12.0% Superannuation
