The Trainee will assist in the organisation, administration, delivery of the College’s Faith and Mission programs. This position involves a shared goal of enhancing experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities: Under guidance the Trainee will plan, organise and support a range of Faith and Mission activities, including social justice, ecological initiatives and year-level retreats. The Trainee will assist in facilitating student committees, maintaining Faith and Mission spaces, resources and liaising with relevant external organisations. The Trainee will also support student engagement programs and house events, contributing to student leadership initiatives and assisting with college fundraisers and celebrations.

Caroline Chisholm Catholic College is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all students. The Trainee is expected to actively uphold the College’s ethos, demonstrate a willingness to assist others and bring an enthusiastic, positive attitude to their role.
