Supporting the entire team, from the Managing Director to the performance team, while gaining firsthand experience across agency operations.
This role provides exposure to creative projects, campaign development and the rhythm of agency life as they learn and grow in their skill set.

Key Responsibilities: The Administration trainee will contribute to social media support by assisting with content creation, scheduling posts, community engagement and trend research. They will help prepare for and attend client photoshoots, support client meetings by taking notes, observe how relationships and campaigns are built. The role involves keeping schedules, documents and creative projects organised while working closely with the graphic designer, web developer and performance team to bring campaigns to life.
The trainee will be encouraged to ask questions, learn processes as they go, contribute ideas, maintain positive energy and take part in the team’s broader creative work.

The organisation is seeking someone curious, enthusiastic and ready to learn. The trainee should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks. They must be willing to contribute as a team player and show genuine interest in marketing, social media and the creative industry.
No formal experience is required as training and support will be provided.
Ideally, the trainee will have a basic understanding of Canva, Instagram, TikTok and Google Drive, along with a creative eye or interest in storytelling and a desire to grow into a larger marketing role.
