Former Richmond great Paul Broderick grew up on a dairy farm in Glenormiston, before moving with his family to Camperdown at the age of 10.

He played in the Victorian Football League between 1988 and 1993, before starting his professional AFL career with Fitzroy. His playing career continued to skyrocket after joining the Richmond Football Club where he played 169 games. In 1996, Paul also took out Richmond’s Best and Fairest Award.

In 2002, Paul completed a Bachelor of Commerce with Deakin University before joining AFL SportsReady in 2013. He is now the Victorian State Manager, while also overseeing Group Training Organisation operations.
