Maybloom is a unique Investment Firm looking for an agile and highly motivated Marketing Trainee to work across a variety of businesses and projects in the Health, Wellness, Property Development and Coaching industries.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, contribute creatively, and gain hands-on experience across multiple industries. You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life – supporting content creation, social media activity, email marketing, events and brand activations – while ensuring everything is delivered on time and on brand.

Key Responsibilities: The Marketing Trainee’s main duties are to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of brands, contributing to ideas that move from concept through to execution. This includes assisting with content creation, scheduling and campaign coordination, while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints. The role also provides hands-on support across day-to-day marketing operations, shared spaces and tenant onboarding to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also support the coordination and delivery of events and activations, managing logistics and contributing to a professional, engaging brand experience.

You’re a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. Highly organised, you can manage competing priorities while staying calm and reliable under pressure. You bring a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working collaboratively to bring ideas to life. Ideally 1-3 years experience in a marketing or communications role.

National Training Wage from: $28,100 – $45,200, plus 12% Superannuation
