The Business Administration Trainee provides administrative and customer service support across various College operations. This role focuses on developing essential business and office administration skills within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities: The Business Administration Trainee provides front-of-house support by greeting visitors, answering phones and directing enquiries. Tasks including data entry, photocopying, record management and preparing key documents and reports. The trainee will also assist with events, such as room bookings and catering. In addition, provides support to staff and students, while ensuring confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

The Trainee is expected to actively support the School’s Catholic ethos and willingness to support others with an enthusiastic attitude. A commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive school environment is essential. Applicants must also be able to work before or after school hours as required.
