AFL SportsReady is a national not for profit Employment and Education Company that has facilitated employment, education and training for school leavers since 1994.

AFL SportsReady is primarily dedicated to sourcing and facilitating meaningful employment and education opportunities for all young school leavers seeking a career pathway, across a number of industry sectors including, sport and recreation, business administration, finance, horticulture, information technology and retail.

Trainees and apprentices are encouraged to take advantage of AFL SportsReady's extensive network of partner organisations.  AFL SportsReady traineeships are open to all young people and we pride ourself on working closely with corporate partners across a range of industries.

AFL SportsReady remains the legal employer, whilst trainees and apprentices work in their chosen field at one of our host organisations.

AFL SportsReady is committed to providing development opportunities for all young people about to embark upon their career, through practical education and vocational experience.  Additionally, we provide employment solutions to host organisations, effectively managing the associated employee red tape;  enabling hosts to get on with what they do best.
