Jeff Neumann began his AFL SportsReady traineeship journey over 13 years ago in hopes that this would open the door to a career in the AFL industry. Fast forward to 2022 and Jeff is now working as the Participation & Programs Manager for Metro South at the AFL where he leads participation across the region covering Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, Gold Coast and northern NSW. It’s a dream come true for Jeff and in this podcast he tells us how his traineeship got him to where he is today.
