As the Executive Manager of Education Programs at AFL SportsReady, Andrew brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. With a strong passion for Education, Marketing, and Technology, he has spent two decades making a significant impact on organisational outcomes in all three fields.

Throughout his career, he has excelled in senior leadership roles, most notably during his tenure as Principal and Head of Schools at Box Hill Institute.

Andrew’s commitment to delivering quality educational programs and developing strong relationships within the education community has consistently improved student experiences and outcomes, and he brings with him a proven track record of exceeding program growth, revenue targets, and marketing benchmarks. His educational background, including a Master of Arts in Writing and Literature, a Graduate Diploma of Teaching, and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, underscores his academic and practical focus. With a career marked by growth, innovation, and a strong commitment to education and marketing, Andrew is focused on growing our education portfolio across accredited and non-accredited courses, introducing new microcredentials, as well as developing new content and education partnerships.
