It’s a Wrap for 2023 Graduation Ceremonies!

It’s a Wrap for 2023 Graduation Ceremonies!

Layla Boseley, Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-Operative

As the graduation ceremonies for 2023 come to a close across the country, it marks the end of a long and rewarding journey for many trainees who have successfully completed their on-the-job experience and studies. The Class of 2023 has been no exception, with graduates from diverse backgrounds and experiences celebrating their hard work and dedication as they receive their qualifications and prepare to embark on new journeys.

One of the most exciting aspects of graduation ceremonies in 2023 has been the number of trainees who have successfully completed their traineeships. Across the nation, hundreds of trainees have graduated, and their achievements have been celebrated by their host employers, colleagues, and loved ones.

The recent “night of nights” at the Medallion Club Feast in Marvel Stadium was a night to remember for everyone involved in Victoria. Trainees were able to celebrate their accomplishments with their favourite people, and there were cheers and tears shed as they received their certificates and took part in the time-honoured tradition of getting together and celebrating their efforts.

It’s heartening to see graduation ceremonies being held in person once again, and this year’s events have been particularly special for everyone involved. We are grateful to have employers who invest in the next generation and provide opportunities for trainees to gain the skills and experience they need to succeed in their chosen fields.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this year’s graduation ceremonies a success. From the sponsors who supported the events in each state to the award winners who showed exceptional talent and dedication, we are proud of everyone who took part in these celebrations.

As we eagerly peer into the unknown horizon of the future, we can’t help but feel stoked for what the Class of 2023 has accomplished. Whether they choose to keep hitting the books or dive headfirst into the working world, we know they’ve got the skills and drive to make it happen.
Congrats to all the graduates out there – you’ve totally got this!
