The Sport and Recreation Trainee at Swan Active will gain experience across lifeguarding, customer service and administration. The role offers variety and the chance to develop skills in multiple areas within a busy leisure facility.

Key Responsibilities: The Trainee will contribute to workplace relationships, provide advanced first aid, meet client needs and deliver quality customer service. Tasks may include assisting with sport and leisure programs, supervising the pool, sports coaching, programming and umpiring, handling reception, café and point of sale operations, managing enquiries and cash handling, supporting maintenance / cleaning and sourcing content for Swan Active’s social media. The role may also involve resolving complaints, using office software, scheduling events and processing operational procedures.

National Training Wage from: $27,000k-42,000k, plus 12% Superannuation
