Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping the day‑to‑day employee experience at Honda Australia. Key Responsibilities: As a Trainee, you will assist with a range of HR activities across the organisation, such as day to day support to associates and leaders, assisting with the interpretation of policies, procedures and employment conditions. You will support employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance through accurate record keeping, system maintenance and reporting. Responsibilities also include managing the central HR inbox, preparing communications, liaising with Payroll on personnel changes, processing invoices and supporting company events and activities as required.

For this position, a proactive attitude, excellent communication skill and proficiency in MS Office are essential. The ability to work independently, along with strong organisational and time-management skills are required. The Trainee is expected to follow Honda Australia’s policies at all times and maintain Honda standards. National Training Wage from: $28,100 – $45,200, plus 12% Superannuation
