The Business Administration Trainee supports the Business Manager and the broader Office Team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day school administration. This traineeship provides hands-on experience across a wide range of business and administrative functions in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities: The Business Administration Trainee delivers front-of-house support by managing calls, welcoming visitors and handling enquiries. They assist with student administration, daily office tasks and the preparation of routine school communications. The role also supports event coordination, promotion and basic marketing activities while completing general administrative duties such as mail, stock control, photocopying, filing and record keeping. The trainee will provide supervised first aid, maintain accurate sickbay records and assist with uniform sales/enquiries.

The Trainee should show a willingness to assist others, bring enthusiasm to all aspects of the role and demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive and supportive school environment. Applicants must have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, the ability to work collaboratively and the initiative to take an active role in a wide range of educational activities. Applicants are encouraged to clearly outline their skills, experience and suitability for this traineeship in their application.

National Training Wage from: $28,100 – $43,500, plus 12% Superannuation
