The Business Administration Trainee will provide general administrative support across the Admin, Human Resources and Development Departments. This role ensures smooth event logistics, assists with marketplace operations, and contributes to the development of digital & print publications.
Key Responsibilities: This role supports the planning and delivery of College events, coordinating logistic and departments to ensure smooth execution. It contributes to marketplace operations by maintaining stock levels, assisting customers and processing transactions. The position also provides broad administrative support, including publications, communications and day-to-day office tasks that keep College operations running efficiently.
The Trainee is expected to actively support the school’s ethos with a willingness to assist others and an enthusiastic attitude. A commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive school environment is essential. The position may involve weekend work and travel throughout the year. Applicants must also be able to work before or after school hours as required. National Training Wage from: $28,000 – $45,000, plus 12% Superannuation
