Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is a young, vibrant and ever evolving school with outstanding new facilities and vast opportunities. Founded in 2007 as a Year 7 to 10 co-educational College for Catholics from Caroline Springs, the College currently has an enrolment of over 1000 students.

The Trainee will play a key role in the operations of the Performing Arts Centre, assisting with programs and events throughout the year. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the creative industries and education.

Key Responsibilities: General duties include assisting with instrumental programs, managing instrument hire and organising excursions/events. The role involves coordinating bookings, handling enquiries and supporting productions through publicity, ticketing, props and costumes. It also includes maintaining communications, managing consent forms and providing administrative support for the Performing Arts Centre.

The Trainee is expected to actively support the school’s ethos and willingness to support others with an enthusiastic attitude. A commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive school environment is essential. The position may involve weekend work and travel throughout the year. Applicants must also be able to work before or after school hours as required.

National Training Wage from: $28,100 – $43,500, plus 12% Superannuation
