The Trainee will support the Health and Physical Education Learning Area, inclusive of Outdoor Education with the delivery of programs and events throughout the year. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sport, health, physical education and outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities: General duties include supporting camps and aquatic activities, coordinating events, assisting with administration and maintaining equipment. Success in this role requires strong organisation, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.The position may involve weekend work and travel throughout the year. Applicants must also be able to work before or after school hours as required.

A strong and confident swimmer (50m+) is essential, along with the ability to complete relevant water qualifications such as the Flatwater Paddle Guide and Surf Rescue Certificate. A First Aid Certificate is desirable, however training can be provided for candidates who do not already hold this qualification.

National Training Wage from: $28,400-$43,700 (pro-rata), plus 12% Superannuation
