The Health and Physical Education Trainee will work closely with school staff to support the delivery of programs and events throughout the year. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health, physical education and outdoor activities.
Key Responsibilities: General duties include supporting the delivery of programs and attending events. The role also involves supporting sports and recreation programs, record keeping, maintaining facilities and equipment, as well as carrying out a range of general administrative and operational tasks.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate flexibility with a willingness to support others. An enthusiastic and professional attitude is essential, along with a commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive school environment. Additional duties may be required to meet the needs of the school. Holding an SLSWA Surf Rescue Qualification and/or HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate is desirable, as is confidence in umpiring competitive games across a range of sports, with strong knowledge of AFL. Applicants are encouraged to clearly outline their skills, experience and suitability for this traineeship in their application.
National Training Wage from: $27,000 to $43,000, plus 12% Superannuation
