The role of Business Operations Trainee involves placing orders with the production team accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring they meet production parameters and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities: You will liaise with the design department to request CADs and provide designs to the customer, while also working closely with the Sales Team. Orders are monitored and expedited through the production system to ensure they are dispatched and received by the customer on time. You’ll be responsible for updating clients on the status of their deliveries, as well as data entry, filing, archiving, reporting and document control. Attendance at client and key stakeholder events may be required from time to time.
A high level of attention to detail, a strong team ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to demonstrate accuracy, motivation, initiative and adaptability. The role requires a well-organised mindset and the ability to prioritise tasks from different stakeholders. You’ll be confident interacting with others and committed to professionally representing O’Neills. To succeed, you should have a professional phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with both internal and external contacts. Problem-solving ability, time management, customer service skills and the capacity to build and maintain client relationships. You must be able to show initiative, enthusiasm and a positive attitude, be highly motivated, open to learning, and work independently while contributing to the broader team. Nationally accredited training will be provided in either a Certificate III or IV in Business. Offering the right person an immediate start, based at Wayville.
National Training Wage from: $27,000, plus 12.0% Superannuation
