Salesian College Sunbury is a co-educational school providing quality education in a community of faith.

The Trainee assists the Performing Arts teachers and staff to facilitate the performing arts education programs for students.

Key Responsibilities: The Performing Arts Trainee Trainee will assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, ordering resources / supplies and assist with instrument loan paperwork. They will support the organisation of events, including incursions and excursions. Help maintain clean and organised work areas and storerooms. The role also involves preparing materials for lessons and rehearsals, as well as providing information to students and the school community when required.

The Trainee is expected to actively support the school’s ethos with a willingness to assist others and an enthusiastic attitude. A commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive school environment is essential. The position may involve weekend work and travel throughout the year. Applicants must also be able to work before or after school hours as required. Candidates are encouraged to clearly outline their skills, experience and suitability for this Traineeship in their application.

National Training Wage from: $28,000 – $45,000, plus 12% Superannuation
