Kylie Penehoe

Kylie Penehoe is the Executive Manager, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Programs at AFL SportsReady. Kylie is a proud Wonnarua and Wiradjuri woman who was born and raised on Darug Country (western Sydney).

Kylie has extensive leadership experience in both the public and private sector with a strong focus on working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. She brings to the role strong experience and skills as a strategist with a passion to create positive social impact for Indigenous Australians.

Prior to commencing with AFL SportsReady, Kylie was the Executive Manager Agribusiness at the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation and has worked with companies such as Virgin Australia, Transpacific, and the Queensland Government.

Kylie has a strong background in strategy, program design, media and communications across a range of industries. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Communications, Certificate in Executive Management, and is currently undertaking an MBA in Social Impact.
