After completing VCE, Erika completed a AFL SportsReady traineeship in which she was placed at Swinburne University in their Sports Centre, while she completed a Certificate IV in Sport Development and Certificate IV in Fitness.

Erika then continued on at Swinburne to complete a Diploma of Sport Development. Erika’s passion for health and fitness then lead her to work in the Fitness industry for a number of years across a range of roles, including Personal Trainer both in mobile and in gyms, Nutritional Coach and Club Manager at a Fernwood Fitness Franchise.

While working in the Fitness industry Erika completed a Bachelor of Health Science, Nutritional Medicine. Erika then discovered her passion for sharing knowledge with others and completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, which lead her in 2013 to return to the organisation that helped her start her career – AFL Sportsready as an Educator, Erika has now transitioned into the role of RTO Operations Manager.
