Commencing her traineeship in 2017 as a Student Administration Officer, Emma was drawn to this role as she saw it as an opportunity to help her progress in her career in business.

Some of her responsibilities include: helping induct new students, enrolling students and assisting the RTO team with other administrative tasks. As part of her traineeship, Emma is also studying a Certificate III in Business to equip her with the knowledge and skills she needs to further her career in the industry.

Emma’s ambition is to continue to learn and grow so that one day she can open her own small business.
