Con is one of AFL Sports Ready’s longest serving staff members, coming on board the team in 2005 as Receptionist. He has been welcoming clients with his warm and jovial manner and answering phone calls at AFL SportsReady ever since.

His favourite part about the job is meeting and greeting new people and assisting them as much as he can. Although Con has Cerebral Palsy that does not stop him from going above and beyond for others, working hard, taking on challenging projects and doing his absolute best.

His greatest achievement is representing Victoria in Wheelchair Rugby.
