    All Trainees are paid under the relevant modern award – please contact our First Nations recruitment team for further information

    Depending on the state and territory, Trainees will undertake a fully funded Cert II Workplace Skills or Cert III Business Qualification

    All trainees are assigned an Employment Coach and Educator for support throughout the traineeship. First Nations trainees also receive the support of a dedicated Mentor to provide personal, cultural & career pathway support

    Trainees will work one day per week (7.6 hours) onsite with their host employer
