Gleneagles Secondary College empowers learners to be confident, resilient and successful citizens who positively engage within their community and flourish as individuals.

This Sports Traineeship offers an opportunity to develop practical skills and experience within a dynamic sports environment. The Trainee will gain hands-on knowledge by assisting in various operational aspects, helping to support the delivery of programs, and contributing to the smooth functioning of sports facilities.

Key Responsibilities: The Trainee will assist with the delivery of programs and services, ensuring readiness by preparing and setting up classes as required. Responsibilities also include general maintenance of equipment and facilities, attending and managing camps and excursions, and providing essential administrative support.

This role provides a valuable foundation for individuals interested in a career in sports, with a chance to build a range of skills in program delivery, facilities management, and administration. The successful applicant will work under experienced supervision, gaining experience that will be valuable for future opportunities in the sports industry.
People with tertiary qualifications need not apply. Current university applicants may have to defer their studies to be eligible for this traineeship.

National Training Wage from: $21,500, plus 11.5% Superannuation
