Work onsite with: Junction Australia

Freedom to Thrive is about effecting long-term positive change for those we work with and the communities we work in.

The First Nations Administration Trainee (Housing Services Support) will be responsible for delivering administrative and reception support to the Housing Services team. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for tenants, staff and visitors to Junction, while also handling a variety of important tasks to ensure smooth operations across the team.

Key Responsibilities: The trainee will act as the first point of contact for clients both in person and over the phone, providing friendly service and directing queries to the appropriate department.
