Rayden is the Manager of AFL SportsReady’s Next Goal Program; being a driving force in AFL SportsReady’s relationship with current and past AFL players.

Prior to his work at AFL SportsReady, Rayden played professional AFL football for Hawthorn Football Club from 1994 to 2004. After his playing career, he became Collingwood’s Assistant Player Manager before taking on his current role.

Rayden studied a Bachelor of Applied Science (Sports Coaching & Administration) at Deakin University and also has a Graduate Diploma Financial Planning under his belt.

One of his many achievements is his contribution to the AFL SportsReady and the AFL Players Association’s Next Goal Program which aims to help AFL players take a holistic approach to their off-field development in preparation for life after football.

Rayden’s positivity, honesty, diligence and sincere nature sees many of his clients praise his work ethic and attitude, while they retain their strong working relationships with him.
