Madeline Penny

Head of Game Development Investment and Community Football Operations, Australian Football League (AFL)

Madeline Penny joined the Australian Football League in August 2015 as a Strategy Lead.

At the AFL, Madeline has worked across all elements of the AFL Women’s Competition from its establishment through to its ongoing operation.

Prior to the AFL, Madeline work as a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group where she worked on a wide range of projects across a number of industries including the public sector, mining, financial services, retail and not-for-profits.

Madeline holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics, a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics. She was raised in the United Kingdom and moved to Melbourne in 2008.
