Kon has had a number of years experience within operational and project management roles. As the Operations Manager, Kon works closely with the Education Compliance Manager to ensure the operational and compliance systems are in place.

Previous roles Kon has held include being the Operations Manager for Process Plus where he managed the Tools For Your Trade Federal Government Incentive and a Project Manager where he managed the administration of the Coles Supermarkets and Kmart Tyre and Auto Services National Apprenticeship Program. Kon was also a Field Account Executive at FedEx Kinko’s where his portfolio of accounts included State Government Departments and Registered Training Organisations.
