Originally born in New Zealand, Judith moved to Australia at a very young age and grew up in Melbourne. She started her career in Hairdressing, commencing her apprenticeship after high school, and later on qualifying in a senior hairstylist role for an overall 8 years.

After the birth of her daughter and taking some time off to be with her, Judith decided she wanted to come back to the workforce in a completely new role. She wanted to start a new career in Recruitment, having previous experience in a part-time role whilst in high school. She started Recruitment at the start of 2018 in Disability Employment Service, then took an opportunity to further pursue her Recruitment Career at AFL SportsReady.
