Hayden is part of AFL SportReady’s Education team where he coordinates and delivers the AFL players induction program.

Hayden has been working asa Course Designer, Education Manager and Tutor for the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness for the past 10 years. Hayden is a qualified educator experienced in 1 on 1, group and online delivery.

Prior to this, Hayden has worked at a range of clubs in New Zealand and England as a Personal Trainer and Personal Training Manager working with both the general public and athletes alike.

Hayden has a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies and qualifications in Fitness, Sports Management and Exercise Prescription. He has worked with a range of athletes across soccer and golf and is Titleist Performace Institute certified in golf fitness.
