DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary purpose of the Social Procurement Administrator is to support the Ethical Procurement team in achieving its strategic objectives through the timely processing of administrative tasks. The tasks will range from support with events organisation, attaining feedback from Indigenous suppliers, internal social media campaigning, researching other organisation’s procurement processes, contributing to creative workshops, and other administrative tasks that support the team to deliver the Ethical Procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

> Meeting and events organisation
> Collating feedback from Origin’s Indigenous Suppliers
> Online research to support creative Ideas that Origin could Implement
> Internal promotion of Indigenous businesses
> Diary management decisions
> Communication with business stakeholders (internal and external)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements
> Customer focussed and able to respond appropriately with corporate stakeholders
> Communicate clearly and concisely
> Use initiative and be proactive
> Basic understanding of standard computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
> Ability to change tasks and multiskill under a dynamic environment
> Passion for social causes
> Confident to work within a team environment In addition to autonomously with support from leadership

SALARY

As the successful candidate, you will receive:

$21,500 – $30,000 plus 11.5% Superannuation

  • National Training Wage Award
  • Fully Funded Qualification
