DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This dynamic role requires someone who is customer and outcome focused, with general knowledge
of and a passion for education in Australia. You will proactively anticipate project and stakeholder
needs and problem solve with confidence. You will communicate regularly with members of a small
project team and with BSO colleagues to meet changing needs in a fast-paced and responsive
environment. A BSO with resilience and initiative in identifying and implementing process
improvements will thrive in this role and the wider organisation.

• General support services: manage enquiries and correspondence.
• Event management: schedule and coordinate events, meetings, and travel.
• Document and information management: prepare meeting agendas, presentations,
papers, schedules, reports, and minutes.
• Office management: maintain office supplies and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Financial administration: including procurement and budget management
• Stakeholder management: develop and maintain collaborative networks and relationships
with key internal and external stakeholder groups

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Interpersonal and written communication.
• Organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• Basic financial management.
• Event management.
• Stakeholder management

SALARY

As the successful candidate, you will receive:

$30,000 – $40,000 plus 11.5% Superannuation

  • National Training Wage Award
  • Fully Funded Qualification
