DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all customer queries are adequately responded to
* Ensure all customers have a valid membership, registration, class pass or court booking upon entry to the appropriate areas.
* Provide general administration support and maintain the filing of important documents.
* Process all registration related forms and requests, reservations and bookings as directed.
* Ensure all till receipts and expenditures are balanced daily.
* Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the facility.
* Provide assistance to the Operations Management team as directed.
* Contribute to embedding inclusive practices into workflow and service delivery with a continued effort in creating safe and welcoming sporting environments for UWA Sport.

Duties and Responsibilities for this job include:

  • Reception / front desk services

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Interest and knowledge of a range of sports and activities.
* Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solve.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers.
* Experience processing POS payments
* Experience working with sale, membership and registration related paperwork/contracts.
* Understanding Occupational Safety and Health issues.

SALARY

As the successful candidate, you will receive:

$30,000 – $40,000 plus 11.5% Superannuation

  • National Training Wage Award
  • Fully Funded Qualification

MORE INFORMATION

  • People with tertiary qualifications need not apply. Current university applicants may have to defer their studies to be eligible for this traineeship.
  • This position is best suited to a recent secondary school leaver.
