Ralph White is a Proud Kija/Bardi man, a tribe located in Western Australia however he was raised in Darwin. He started at AFL SportsReady in 2012 and is now working as the company’s Senior Mentor and Engagement Coordinator.

With an impressive 30 years in Indigenous Affairs, Ralph has worked across different portfolios from Community Services, Youth, Tourism, Health and more recently Sport and Recreation Victoria.

He is also a founding member of the Victorian Aboriginal Child Care and former board member of the Koorie Heritage Trust and more recently has been appointed a Respected Person on the Koori Court.

Ralph is deeply passionate about working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and believes that by providing them with opportunities they will create positive changes and improve the quality of their lives.
