As a Customer Service Trainee, you’ll be the friendly face helping customers with their banking needs, from handling simple transactions to answering their questions. You’ll gain firsthand experience in how a professional banking environment operates, building confidence and skills that will set you up for success in your career. It’s all about learning on the job, growing every day and being part of a deadly team!

We’re recruiting Mob fresh out of school:
  • Identify as Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander
  • Have good yarning skills and a positive attitude
  • Are keen to learn and take the first step in their career
