DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to Deployment Coordinator/Lead
• Hybrid working role, working 3 days per week from a Greater Sydney Office
• Support the Deployment Team in maintaining efficiencies through the use of our systems and processes, namely Deputy and Salesforce
• Deliver and lead a variety of AFL programs through school and community venues
• Ensure programs are delivered at the highest possible standard in line with any program curriculum and AFL expectations
• Mentor new casual staff members throughout their onboarding and training, both in the field and with rostering and messaging systems
• Drive key transition messages with participants and parents
• Support with booking key programs in Greater Sydney, in particularly through Sporting Schools
• Liaise with teachers, schools, and other program stakeholders to drive further AFL opportunities in key schools
• Support a range of other duties as required

• Well-developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
• Demonstrated personal initiative and ability to work effectively unsupervised
• Enthusiastic and energetic attitude

SALARY

As the successful candidate, you will receive:

$21,500 – $30,000 plus 11.5% Superannuation

National Training Wage Award
Fully Funded Qualification
