DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties

•Liaise with the Director of Faith and Mission to plan and administer Faith and Mission programs and events.
•Organise and support social justice and ecological justice student programs, inclusive of facilitating the Vinnies Social Justice and Eco Committee student groups.
•Organise and support liturgical preparations, setup, rehearsals, and celebrations.
•Support the planning, administration and delivery of year level retreats and reflection days.
•Maintain Faith and Mission inventories and spaces (both physical and digital).
•Maintain communications with relevant external organisations related to the Faith and Mission programs.
•Attend and contribute to Faith and Mission meetings.
•Liaise with the Director of Student Engagement to plan and administer Student Engagement programs and events.
•Support the planning, administration and delivery of house events, fundraisers, and initiatives.
•Support the planning, administration and delivery of student leadership events and programs.

SALARY

As the successful candidate, you will receive:

$21,500 – $30,000 plus 11.5% Superannuation

  • National Training Wage Award
  • Fully Funded Qualification

  • People with tertiary qualifications need not apply. Current university applicants may have to defer their studies to be eligible for this traineeship.
  • This position is best suited to a recent secondary school leaver.
