DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with CCO administration and documentation needs including but not limited to onboarding, orientation, induction, anniversaries, team member collateral and benefits, working from home audit, First Aid training, company meeting notes, reports.
• Assist with other culture and community initiatives where required.
• Support and manage Liberty’s CCO Activity calendar and CCO initiatives.
• Assist with initiatives for our community including health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and social community activities.
• Assist with professional, valuable and engaging content for internal communications.
• Monitor Liberty’s social footprint and social media channels in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to and action stakeholder queries within reasonable timeframes.
• Provide timely updates to the Team Coach – Community Development on role undertakings.

SALARY

As the successful candidate, you will receive:

$21,500 – $30,000 plus 11% Superannuation

  • National Training Wage Award
  • Fully Funded Qualification
