HenderCare, provides health and community support to older people (aged care services) and those living with a disability (disability support services). Providing services to people of all ages and deliver services on either a short or long-term basis.

As the Trainee, you will provide essential administrative support to the State office, assisting both Aged Care and NDIS services.

Key Responsibilities: This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including preparing invoices, arranging mail-outs and managing client data. You will be responsible for handling general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails and maintaining organised records. Supporting client intake processes, scheduling appointments, ensuring accurate documentation for CHSP and VHC services will also be key aspects of the role. Maintaining client data through data entry and digitising documents for electronic storage is essential. You will assist coordinators by communicating with clients, caregivers, service providers to ensure appointments and services are well-coordinated. Keeping up to date with relevant policies, guidelines in Aged Care / NDIS services is crucial to maintaining compliance and efficiency. You will also work closely with colleagues to facilitate smooth communication and task coordination.
