The Automotive Business Trainee is responsible for providing administrative, business and customer service support at the store level. This role involves assisting with the coordination of product and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone or email, processing payments, data entry, maintaining stock levels, visual merchandising and managing freight orders. You will also assist with general store housekeeping and follow the direction of the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
