AFL SportsReady is currently seeking a passionate, organised, and experienced person to join our team as our new Senior Coordinator - Contracts and Programs, based at our head office in Abbotsford, Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, administration and implementation of our Education and Employment programs and contracts.

• Base salary of $70 - $80k per annum (commensurate with experience) + 9.5% superannuation
• 5 weeks total leave per year (4 weeks annual and 1 week gratis), and leave loading of 17.5% of base salary

As an experienced Contracts and Program Coordinator, you will be a highly organised, and detail focussed person who is able to develop and maintain very positive working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders across government, corporates and community partners. You'll have strong foundational project management skills, while still being able to keep an eye on the 'bigger picture' of what our Education and Employment programs are all about.

Some of the key things the role is responsible for include:

• Contract management and administration (education and employment focus)
     o Managing and monitoring adherence to requirements and helping to maximise successful outcomes.
     o Taking an intuitive and responsive approach to managing issues as they arise.
     o Management and oversight of data and documentation, focussing on quality, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Project management (education and employment focus)
     o Scoping, planning, managing and monitoring education and employment projects.
     o Working with internal stakeholders including senior leadership to plan, monitor and deliver projects.

• Relationship and stakeholder management
     o Building positive and collaborative working relationships with a variety of stakeholder groups across government and industry.
     o Engaging with and showing understanding of the issues faced by people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres   Strait Islander people.
     o Identifying, managing and resolving issues as they arise, in a pragmatic, constructive and thoughtful way.

• Able to demonstrate relevant experience in the management of employment and education contracts and programs.
• Able to demonstrate understanding and practice of respect for people across a range of backgrounds and cultures.
• Able to demonstrate understanding of employment and education issues and challenges relevant to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
• Able to demonstrate experience working with diverse groups of stakeholders across Government, industry and community.
• Able to demonstrate strong project management skills and attention to detail. Able to demonstrate strengths in planning, scheduling and managing competing workflows.
• Able to demonstrate strong oral communication and interpersonal skills, and well-developed written communication.
• Able to demonstrate ability to juggle daily competing priorities to deliver high-quality work within designated timeframes.
